Emily Denison Titcomb

Emily began practicing yoga in 2002 as an athlete wanting to connect with her body and to find balance. After experiencing positive changes within her own life, Emily decided to start teaching to help others find that special something for themselves. Completing her YTT at Northern Arizona Yoga Center in 2016, her background is Hatha style yoga with longer holdings of a pose. She is passionate about creating a safe space for anyone to practice and loves teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Meditation and Restorative Yoga. Outside of yoga, Emily loves Flagstaff and enjoys spending time cooking, reading, running, biking, skiing, and rock climbing with her Husband Dustin, Toddler Elio and their dog Roo.
