The class starts with an hour of yoga, accessible to all levels and carefully crafted to engage with the psoas muscle—often referred to as the seat of emotions. Each stretch and posture encourages this core muscle to soften and prepare for release, paving the way for relief from stress and tension.
Following the yoga practice, the class transitions into a ten-minute session dedicated to shaking off the stress. This simple yet profound movement practice can help release deep-seated tension, allowing for a sense of liberation and lightness.
The culmination of the class is a tranquil savasana. Here, in the quietude, you have the opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice, as the body rests and the mind settles. The silent savasana is designed to provide one with a deep sense of relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.
