Join Stephanie for a trauma sensitive Kundalini Yoga Workshop to learn more about what Kundalini is, what Kundalini Yoga is, and how Kundalini Yoga works. Together, we'll explore common mantras and mudras, practice a Krya, engage in Q&A and journaling about our experiences, and close the evening with another important Limb of Kundalini Yoga: sound healing.
