Matthew DeRubertis (SEER MUSIC) leads a Hatha yoga practice to guide you into your inner world. We will explore postures, meditation, & pranayama together to cultivate a state of peace and presence.
The practice will transition into a sound journey with Matthew performing his ambient music live. Rolling guitar, dreamy melodies, mantra, and nature sounds will take you into a deep and nidra-like state of relaxation. Set up a cozy nest, lay down, and drift into the beyond.
